January was hired to collect your debt on behalf of the creditor. We provide them with updates when you make payments on your account balance. You have the option to make a one-time payment to resolve the full balance or create a payment plan to pay the balance overtime.
How do I set up a payment plan?
1. Log in to the January website
2. Please be aware that you'll need your login pin, which can be found on the top right of any email or letter we have sent out to you.
3. Select "create a payment plan"
4. Select how often you'd like to make a payment, and when you want to begin payments
5. Select the amount you'd like to pay in each installment
6. Review your payment plan breakdown
7. Enter debit card number
8. Submit your information
