How to Update Your Contact Preferences

To update your communication preferences, follow these steps:

1.  Log in to your January account.
2. Select “My Account” > “Contact Information”
3. Select your phone number, email address, or mailing address to make any changes. 
4. Select “Opt-in settings” or “Opt-out settings” to update your phone, email, or mail preferences.
