How to log in
- Check your email for an email from January
- Your unique PIN will be listed in the top right corner of the email
- Either follow the magic link from the email or go to https://borrower.january.com/
- Enter your phone number or email address and click "Submit"
- Check your email address or phone number for a validation number
- Enter the number on the next page and click "Verify"
- The next page will ask for the last 4 of your SSN and your unique login pin.
All customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit with the latest cryptographic protocols.
