We understand that things happen and you may have to edit, skip, or cancel a payment plan. It's easy to change your plan, so here's how.
How to edit your payment method
1. Log in to the January website
2. Click the green "Edit" button in the top right corner of the "Your Payment Plan" section
3. From the "Edit Your Payment Plan" screen, click on "I want to change my payment method"
4. From there, you can select your payment method and updated information.

Log in to the January website

Click "Edit" in the top right corner by your payment plan details

Let us know why you're editing your plan

Select "I want to change my payment dates, frequency, or amount"

Select the dates, frequency, or amount you'd like to update

Click "Update Plan"

NOTE: these changes will not stop a recurring payment if not made before 11:59 p.m. the night before the payment is scheduled to debit your account.
How to skip a payment

Log in to the January website

Click "Edit" in the top right corner by your payment plan details

Let us know why you're editing your plan

Select "I can't make my next payment"

Select which option you'd like to take

Let us know why you're skipping

Click "Update Plan"
