How Do I Make a One-Time Payment?

One time payments reduce your overall balance but don’t change the date or amount of any recurring payments you may have previously scheduled. You can make a one-time payment at any time, regardless of whether you have a payment plan.

 

If you already have a payment plan:

  1. Log in to the January website

  2. Click "Next Step" by "Make One Time Payment"

  3. Click "Continue to Payment Method"

  4. Enter your payment method information

  5. Click "continue to confirmation"

  6. Click "Confirm Payment". By clicking "Confirm Payment", you are authorizing a debit to your account

  7. Check your email for a one-time payment confirmation

If you don't have a payment plan:

  1. Log in to the January website

  2. Click "Next Step" by "Pay Full Balance"

  3. Enter your payment method, either a debit card or secure bank transfer

    1. Please note: secure bank transfer payments can take up to 2 business days to process

  4. Click "Confirm Payment". By clicking "Confirm Payment", you are authorizing a debit to your account for the full balance amount

  5. Check your email for a one-time payment confirmation
